RE/MAX lists pricing of IPO

 · Re/Max Holdings will price its initial public offering at between $19 and $21, the real estate company said Thursday. The company plans to offer 10.

It had filed to raise $100 million by offering 6.7 million shares at a price range of $14 to $16. The San Diego, CA-based company was founded in 2001 and booked $3 million in sales for the 12 months.
